TRANSITION STRIP

Transition strips are used on the same or different heights when transitioning from one floor to another(eg., from ceramic to ceramic, ceramic to wood). On the one hand, strips are often incorporated between rooms of similar material to provide expansion and contraction. They cover the expansion gaps of each material. In addition, transition strips can provide a visual break so that the two floors blend together aesthetically in a pleasing way.
